Baru pulang dari menonton filem ini; filem nan menarik & amat menambat hati. Dua bintang nan menerajui filem ini sungguh unik lakonannya. Laguan nan dialunkan jua amat syahdu. Filem yang banyak menyentuh soal kehidupan & deritanya seorang pesakit lumpuh (Ethan). Setelah 14 tahun berkurung menderita Ethan memohon perintah mahkamah agar dia dibenarkan melakukan Euthanasia.
Pergilah menonton di Capsquare sekitar 9:30 malam & rasai suasana damai di sini neon sekitar komplek ini terlalu indah pun damai tanpa kesesakan di sini ketika malam. Capsquare menjanjikan keselesaan panggungnya...
Parkir bawah bangunannya; biasanya malam-malam aku bayar parkir sekitar RM2 sahaja... balik sekitar jam 12:00 malam.
Makan di sini (ada Medan Selera...) agak mahal biasa RM5 sini RM7 tapi tempatnya memang santai. Pawagam TGV Cinema Tingkat 3. Tak ramai orang kita kecuali ramai benggali sahaja; Amoi Benggali lawa-lawa datang dengan famili. Datang awal filem Hindi yang baru ditayangkan selalunya penuh pawagam. Aku selalu memilih setelah seminggu filem ditayangkan. Jika bawa orang tua tak segan tak ramai anak muda melepak. Benggali sering datang dengan atuk & nenek mereka. Tingkat Bawah ada minimarket jika malas nak beli POP Corn.
Balik...
- Keluar dari parkir belok kanan & belok kanan lagi (memang jalan sehala) himpit kiri ikut Jalan Raja Laut ... belok kiri akan jumpa Jln T Rahman; malam minggu selalu Dataran Merdeka tutup... belok kanan & himpit kiri... sebelum Masjid Negara turun bawah.. ada bulatan renik... ikut depan stesen keretapi lama... lampu isyarat iku terus... himpit kiri depan mahkamah naik atas... jumpa Istana Negara...
- Tanpa tol Smart Tunner .. pasti sampai Kajang tak sampai 45 minit...
Samalah kalau nak ke Bangi atau sekitarnya.
Memang santai & menarik Capsquare ketika malam jika banyak masa...jalan kaki keluar Capsquare... sekitarnya banyak Kedai Mamak untuk nak rasa nasi goreng mamak! atau Nasi Lemak... buatan org Melayu KL kita...
Pasti aku akan rindu CapSquare jika pawagam ditutup nanti. Pelik tempat santai begini tak ramai penghuni... selain benggali.

More than entertainment, 27 November 2010

Its very true that Bollywood offers less freshness and innovativeness but Guzaarish provides you way more than entertainment. It will take you to a world of fantasy so close to the characters that you enjoy every bit of things happening out. A movie awesome in every aspect is Guzaarish, a love story knitted in subtle threads of sentiment, a more than life feeling is Guzaarish. Its made to satisfy you not just to entertain you. This movie is simply magical.
I had never thought it would provide so much, as the trailer was not so profound as the movie is.Sanjay Leela Bhansali's direction is simply outstanding. He will never let you loosen your grip anywhere in the movie. He will completely bind your heart and mind with the movie. Music of the movie is quite complementing and has got some soft scores that will be soothing for your ears.
Lastly I would like to add that if you have a habit of attaching yourself emotionally to a movie too much then have a handkerchief with you fr this, by the way I had a towel with me in my case. Last 10-12 mins of the movie are simply breathtaking, everything is so emotional that will make you cry like a little baby. I cried, I enjoyed.
my ratings - 10/10
Absolute Must See film -- 'come fall back in love with life', 19 November 2010
Author: sshogben from Seattle, Washington
Yes, "Guzaarish" is THAT good.
"Guzaarish" will not just upgrade your expectation of what is possible to achieve through the medium of film. "Guzaarish" will change your life.
Easily the best film of 2010 -- anywhere -- "Guzaarish" joins the ten or so truly seminal movies throughout cinema history that are so groundbreaking and perfectly executed that we leave the experience seeing the world, even our own lives, in some fundamentally different way.
SEE THIS FILM.
"Guzaarish" is the masterpiece of famed director Sanjay Leela Bhansali ("Black", "Devdas", etc.) who here not only directed but wrote the script, co-produced the film, and composed the music.
The core storyline is borrowed from the 1981 classic "Whose Life Is It Anyway?", in turn adapted from the Broadway and West End multi-award-winning play of the same title: an artist (originally a sculptor, here a great magician), quadriplegic after an accident, when his internal organs start failing petitions a court for the right to end his own life, inciting a whirlwind of controversy in the lives of all those who love and care for him. But do not be deterred by the bleak-sounding premise. Through the genius of Bhansali -- and actors Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan -- "Guzaarish" transcends any and all preconceptions. "Guzaarish" becomes a joyous celebration of Life, of living every moment to the full and living with dignity.
Mr Bhansali stated at the music launch that unless both Mr Roshan and Ms Rai signed for the project, he would not have attempted this film.
The resulting film proves Bhansali's point: no other actors but the individually so-gifted Mr Roshan and Ms Rai -- AND their matchless on screen synergy together -- could have brought "Guzaarish" its power and magic.
But in the safe hands of Bhansali, Roshan, and Rai you really will 'come fall back in love with life'.
